1 Order Processing
1.1 How long does it take to get my order?

This is a small business, ran by a single person :)

After you place your order, it may take up to a business day to fill it and get it off to you.  Generally, shipping is preferentially done through Pirate Ship, which is a cheaper offshoot of USPS.  The shipping label will be created and confirmation sent to you as soon as possible.  Once done, the package will be hand delivered to the USPS facility.  Depending on your location and type of delivery requested, it may take up to 3 - 5 business days to get to you after it is dropped off.

Thank you for your patience - and know that your purchase will be carefully handled and packed by a person that wants you to be pleased with what you get!

1.2 What shipping methods do you use?

Generally, USPS through Pirate Ship is what is used.  If you wish another carrier, please contact *before* purchase so arrangements can be made.  UPS is the next best.  Other shippers tend to be more expensive and, imho, tend to be a little lax in care when handling and delivering that special disc or skateboard.

3 Stock and special orders/requests
3.1 Limited Edition

Often, there are limited edition versions of discs and skateboard decks.  There are limits to how many the store can order, and, in turn, limits to how many can be sold and ordered in person and online.  Generally speaking, if it is a LE product, one per physical address is allowed, no exceptions.

Brick and mortar customers usually grab inventory as it is put out.  There are no holds or preorders for items.  If it is super important to you, call the store at opening on the day of release at (513) 330 5115 to see if one is available.  Again, because there is a limited amount, a percentage of stock is reserved for brick and mortar customers.

3.2 Can you get...

Maybe.  If you have special requests that you can't find, I can try to get what you are looking for.  If it is from the world of skating, I'd be happy to contact vendors to try to find it.  If it is from the world of discs...well, most companies have minimum order requirements, so we can try to get something for you on the next order cycle, if it is available.  Disc color requests from manufacturers are nearly impossible to achieve, although it is easy to ask for weight ranges.  If there is a specific weight that you want, specify it during the order, and/or contact MSTS to make sure you are getting what you want *before* you order.

Once LE discs are gone from the manufacturer, they are gone.  Believe me, I've tried to get the last (fill in the blank) from a box hidden under someone's desk...once a disc is out, it's out until they run it again, regardless of LE status.

For disc accessories, like bags of a certain color, carts, etc., I can try, but generally stuff is subject to availability and, again, minimum order status and where we sit in the order cycles.

4 Pricing
4.1 Do you price match?

Unfortunately, MSTS does not price match.  Our prices are based in research for current market value.  Because we are a small business, we do the absolute best we can do with prices.  With a little research, you'll see that we offer stuff at competitive prices, and we work to keep shipping as low as possible!
