Products offered by Main St Throw Shop are Action Sports related.  They are meant to be used, and used hard, outdoors.  Returns are accepted if and only if they are returned in unused fashion.  Any manufacturer warranty expressed or implied by the manufacturer is through them - Main Street Throw Shop does not accept manufacturer warranty returns, arrangements for warranty replacement must be done through the manufacturer, only.

Main St Throw Shop is the sole arbiter of the condition of the item returned.  Any shipping fees to return an item are the responsibility of the purchaser, and returned items, if deemed used, will remain in the possession of Main St Throw Shop until the purchaser pays for return postage.  If the item(s) is/are deemed to be in original condition, there is a 25% restocking fee.  Again, there is no refund for shipping to and from the purchaser, under any circumstances.

Items offered for sale via Main St Throw Shop web store are new.  When items are shipped, MSTS has no control over how the packages are handled once they leave the store.  If something arrives crushed/mangled, please open a case with the shipper as MSTS is not responsible for damage during shipment.  

Packaging and shipping to the end user will be done in a timely manner.  Bear in mind that Main St Throw Shop is a brick and mortar business, with very few employees.  With this in mind,  shipping may be delayed by a day or two.  If this is the case, MSTS will reach out to inform of any unexpected issues.  Shipped items will be carefully packed and isolated against scraping the inside of box and/or abrasions against the cardboard.

The items that you see online are the items that are for sale.  Every effort is made to make the images *look* like what they do in real life, but due to inconsistencies in monitors, lights, etc, there may be slight variances in color as it appears on your screen.  

Returning any item because it doesn’t perform well for you is not allowed.  All items are fit for use when they leave the store, but gear doesn’t magically make you a professional.  Not every disc throws well for every player, not every skate wheel slides *for you* the way it does for a pro on social media.  Purchase items with care and consideration for your present skill level, or based on where you want your skill level to be, and practice so you grow in to a more advanced item.  If you require assistance, please contact Main St Throw Shop to ask questions or clarify details before your purchase.
